The key to finding a good builder is through a referral from someone you can trust. Most of our customers come from recommendations made by our previous customers or by the Architects that design the projects. All of our recent clients are very gracious and will take a few minutes to talk to a prospective client about the way Mingioni Construction handled their project and will even allow visits to their homes to see the quality of the finished project. Here are a few written comments made by some of our satisfied customers.

Suzanne and Steven Borislow - "Once again we would like to commend your company on a job well done. Your recent renovation of our bathroom went very smoothly, due in no small part to Brian’s hard work overseeing the project. He made certain that all the necessary sub-contractors arrived in a timely manner, and even continued the project smoothly while we left for a week long vacation. This project was done in the same timely, professional manner as the addition you did for us five years ago, and we will continue to recommend your company as we’ve done for the past five years. We would also like to mention what a pleasure it has been
to work with Samme. She is a fantastic addition to the Mingioni “family” and provides an excellent first impression for clients. Her unending patience with our numerous emails was also much appreciated. Thank you again."
Ellen and Steve Rubesin - "We are absolutely delighted with our new home on Ruskin Lane. When we first saw the lot, we had a vision of exactly how we wanted this house to turn out. We had some very specific “non negotiables”—a first floor bedroom, a very open floor-plan that brought the feeling of the woods into the home, a first floor workshop and study all on a fairly steep lot. Mingioni Construction worked with us to see that our vision became a reality. Their attention to detail, honesty, and follow-thru ensured that there were no surprises in either pricing or quality. The subcontractors were all first-rate and invited our input every step of the way. Joe, Carolyn and Mike Mingioni were always available for our phone calls. They became like our second family. And the
house was finished on time! This is the third house that we have built, and it was by far the best experience! We still are awestruck every time we walk through the door."
Joe & Mary Conroy - Media, PA - "Joe and I wanted to write to thank you for the beautiful and seamless work your company performed at our home. Our experience with your company far exceeded our expectations at every turn. Our home was truly transformed. We are enjoying it everyday. When we met, you tried to assure us that you would treat our home as if it were your own. As I am sure you are aware, many contractors make this same claim, but your company delivered." Rich & Sandy Fonash - Malvern, PA - "We could not be happier with our Pyramid-award winning Mingioni kitchen renovation and game room addition, and even though it’s been finished for 9 months we continue to get rave reviews from family and friends who have seen the results. Our dealings with Mingioni Construction, from our first meeting with Joe and his team right through to final project completion last fall, were characterized by complete professionalism and a constant focus on pleasing the customer. Losing access to your kitchen for three months is never easy, but Joe and team did their best to minimize the many potential hassles of such a situation. The key to a great outcome for us was the daily presence of our on-site project manager, Dave Birch, and lead carpenter Brian Buono. Dave and Brian were on-site all day, every day, and you could set your watch each morning at 7:30 when they arrived. As project manager Dave handled every issue and spotted and resolved problems before we did, and also did some terrific custom cabinetry work as well. Dave was also extremely creative, able to take the vaguest “idea” we would describe to him and turn it into a beautiful finished product. All of our neighbors (especially those who’ve worked with other contractors) were impressed by the speed and consistency with which the Mingioni team approached the project and how quickly and smoothly everything was executed. A great example of this came at the late stages of our project, when Joe himself arrived one day to help do some finish work to help keep our completion date on schedule for a pre-Christmas delivery. There is nothing like seeing the owner himself show up on a cold December morning with a tool belt on to realize how committed a contractor is to customer satisfaction! We give our highest recommendation to Mingioni Construction for anyone interested in having a truly professional contracting firm execute their project."
Josie - "I would like to thank you and your family forever for giving me such a beautiful well built home for my son Kevin to grow up in. But mostly, thank you for being great friends also. I am lucky and honored to know you."
Michael Kearney - "I salute Mingioni Construction Company for its honesty and integrity. I received a second check for many thousands of dollars in compensation for actions of your subcontractor eight years ago. We found the copingstones on the top of our new garage leaked water. You came out several times to try to correct the problem, installing new flashing, caulking, etc. When the leak persisted, we dismantled the stones and part of the brick wall to discover that your masonry subcontractor did not build the system in accordance with the architectural plan. You worked with me on correcting the problem. You performed the carpentry work and allowed me to contract with my own masons. I learned first hand how difficult it is to deal with masonry contractors. Nevertheless, the work was finally completed and you reimbursed me for all the expenses - no hassle, no problem. Please feel free to use me as a reference. I remember when I lived in Maryland there was a contractor whose motto was "We're not done until you're happy; if you're not happy, we're not done". I think that motto fits the Mingioni Construction Co."
Suzanne and Steve B. - "We wanted to take a moment to thank you for your work on our recent construction. From the moment we met "Little" Joe to discuss the plan until the final details were completed, we were extremely pleased. Your commitment to assuring that our work was done in a timely and professional manner, as well as your ability to make us feel like a part of the family, was greatly appreciated. We also feel compelled to mention what a pleasure it was to have Terry in charge of our project. Without his demeanor and skills, the construction period would have been much less bearable. His dedication to making sure that the job ran smoothly (even on several Saturday visits) was an added bonus. In what could have been a very long and difficult six months, but wasn't, you created a beautiful addition to our new house. Thank you from all of us. "
Dave B. of West Chester - "Great job - AGAIN!"
May and Bernie - "Your work was first rate and you were so conscientious about getting it done right. We could not be happier with what you have accomplished. You and your brother, dad and crew made this a totally enjoyable experience."
William and Caroline B. of West Chester - "We feel fortunate to have Joe and his son do our porch. The Mingioni's were easy to talk to and have around our house. Both Lynne and I will let others know of the Mingioni's work and hope they are smart enough to use them."
Barbara E. of Westtown - "We love our deck addition and look forward to our next project! We raved about you to friends and will continue to do so."
Fran L. of West Chester - "You folks are the greatest"
Charlie M. of Thornbury - "Highly recommended! Clean, courteous and helpful. A refreshing change in construction worker attitude. Could not be more pleased with the finished product."
Carin and Bob B. of East Goshen - "..The workmanship and professionalism of your team were excellent and, in addition, you met schedule."
