Ruskin Lane is an architecturally distinct community of 11 homes developed by the partners of Arcus Design Group Architects, Inc. in collaboration with Mingioni Construction Company, Inc.

The community and home designs are based on the Arts and Crafts period, a turn of the century architectural style prevalent in the Media area. This stylistic period reflected well proportioned architecture; finely detailed and cleanly expressed use of exterior materials; and harmoniously detailed interior spaces with finely crafted built-ins and features. The Ruskin Lane homes are intended to reflect the rich quality and detail of this architectural style integrated with today’s open plan and lifestyle requirements. It is our mission to provide rich architectural design, both inside and out, and to ensure complete architectural detail for all elevations of the house, a characteristic often forgotten in today’s typical residential development. Our homes will emphasize quality of living space over sheer size and volume for a sustainable home well suited for the home owner’s present and future needs. The home design will integrate current building technologies and materials to promote maintenance friendly, energy efficient and environmentally conscious homes.
