Any jobsite that is a residential home built prior to 1978 must have a certified renovator on staff. At least one employee in these companies must be trained in these new requirements by April 2010. The requirements to become a certified renovator are to attend an 8 hour EPA certified class and pass the appropriate test. Click here for more information:
