Any jobsite that is a residential home built prior to 1978 must have a certified renovator on staff. At least one employee in these companies must be trained in these new requirements by April 2010. Under new law signed on November 6, 2009, the home buyer tax credit has now been extended until April 30, 2010. Some of the old rules still apply but new features have been made to include not only first time buyers but repeat buyers as well.
