Mingioni Construction Company has been selected by Ferguson Enterprises in their Nationwide Dream Kitchen Giveaway Sweepstakes as their remodeling contractor.
Bill and Monica Snowden of Hockessin, DE were the lucky recipients of a brand new kitchen remodel valued at $75,000.

:: Tax Incentives Extended
The U.S. Department of Energy has extended many consumer tax incentives. Please click here to find a list of many upgrades you can make to your home with the government helping you to foot the bill.
Many of these tax credits are ending this December 2010. Please contact Mingioni Construction to ask us how we can help you capitalize on these incentives.
Peco Energy also has rebate programs for energy efficiency items.
Funds are limited so act quickly. Funding is projected to run out October 2010.

:: Prepare Now for the Lead Paint Rule
Any jobsite that is a residential home built prior to 1978 must have a certified renovator on staff. At least one employee in these companies must be trained in these new requirements by April 2010. The requirements to become a certified renovator are to attend an 8 hour EPA certified class and pass the appropriate test. Click here for more information: www.nahb.org/leadpaint.
