Ruskin Lane is an architecturally distinct community of 11 homes developed by the partners of Arcus Design Group Architects, Inc. in collaboration with Mingioni Construction Company, Inc. The community and home designs are based on the Arts and Crafts period, a turn of the century architectural style prevalent in the Media area.
